WARRANTY AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchanges
We do not give money back for exchanges or returns of items. You will receive a credit note once your return is processed so you can use it towards any future purchases.
If the order is returned beyond the 14-day limit or does not meet the return guidelines, the items will be shipped back and a standard shipping charge will be required.

For purchases made in Colombia, we accept exchange requests made within 14 business days of receipt of the order.
LEATHER GOODS MANUFACTURING S.A.S. accepts exchanges of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items, with no signs of use. If we receive a damaged or visibly used product. we will return the product to you, without refund or exchange.
Customized or personalized products cannot be exchanged. Exchanged items cannot be exchanged again or returned.
The to-be exchanged item must be returned packaged in the ANDREA RUIZ box, which must be securely sealed with adhesive tape. In case our box is no longer available, you may use another type of packaging suitable for the shipment of our items.
Exchanges shipped more than 14 days after the approval will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
LEATHER GOODS MANUFACTURING S.A.S reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the Return Policy detailed on the website. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.

LEATHER GOODS MANUFACTURING S.A.S reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return.
WARRANTIES
We put at your disposal our web page www.andrearuizbags.com so that, through it, you can manage any request, which we will gladly attend to. For these cases our maximum response time will be up to 15 business days.
All our purses, backpacks and bags have 1-year warranty on manufacturing defects. Wallets, belts and accessories have 3 months warranty.
WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- The warranty must be valid.
- Submit the purchase invoice.
- Please, remember that the warranty only covers manufacturing defects
- The item must be in perfect condition and present evidence of proper use.
- The warranty applies in the country of purchase and is valid from the date of issue of the invoice.
In case of improper use of the item, LEATHER GOODS MANUFACTURING S.A.S. reserves the right to repair, replace or refund the money to our customers.

It is important that you keep in mind that, in the case of handing out one of our products to the courier, it must be properly packaged and marked with the correct data of the sender and the recipient. If after receiving the parcel, the review of the item does not meet the specifications for exchange or return, it will be returned immediately to the address indicated by the customer.
We recommend you to carefully read the care instructions specific to your item. In no case will we accept exchanges or returns of items that have been altered by third parties or for inadequate care that affects their warranty.
Avoid excessive use of water, perfumes, soaps or chemicals that deteriorate the quality and appearance of the item. LEATHER GOODS MANUFACTURING S.A.S. is not responsible for the natural deterioration of an item due to its age and everyday normal usage, or for reasons caused by misuse.
In the event that there is a greater difference in price, it must be assumed by the customer, as well as all the extra costs that may be incurred. If the difference is less, a credit note will be given to the customer. Please, remember to contact us to make your request effective!
